Kyuryudo Art Publishing Co., 1991. Massive Japanese edition of this beautiful work on Madeleine Vionnet by Betty Kirke- one of the rarest fashion monographs.  244 pages with original patterns reproduced, many full-page photographs of the dresses, details, archival images of the dressmaker at work. Text in Japanese, but some captions, and all the patterns are in English. A nice copy of this rare deluxe edition of this classic, with some library stamps and stickers. Light shelf wear.
