This book is an alphabetized encyclopedia, with sections for Treillage, sheltered seats, bath houses, fences, dove cotes, garden houses, gazebos, paving, hedges, mazes, paths, stairs, patios, courtyards, summer houses, fountains, lighting etc., etc. With lots of historical material, photographs throughout. 226 pages, with glossary, bibliography and a short list of suppliers at back (which is perhaps outdated). Dust jacket is sunned. Small tear at top edge of dust jacket near spine. Small ink notation on back cover.
