Eric Mendelsohn 1887-1953

1955. Limited edition large folio, quite rare, number #290 of 500 copies. 31 large plates of the architects striking freehand sketches, dramatically placed small on the page. (31 does not include title pages, colophon sheet, etc,)--the other two examples I could locate have 31 or 32 plates, so perhaps one is missing (plates are un-numbered). The folio wrappers are very worn, but plates are in very good condition--NOTE: my camera tripod leg cast a shadow across photographs.
