The Books in My Life by Henry Miller (inscribed)
First UK edition published by Peter Owen, 1952.
It has a nice inscription to "Jack" see photograph below...but no evidence one way or another which Jack it might have been.
Also: there is a little printed slip ticked in from Miller, stating terms for selling his own books--a flimsy piece of paper--I imagine it is an unusual survival.
Book has been handled. Some foxing, mostly at endpapers and bottom edge. Jacket some soiling and has chipping along edges, especially at spine extremities and corners. A square has been cut out of the base of the second to last page.
