Includes information about wages for different types of servants, advice for each on the expected duties...housemaids, valets, butlers, grooms, scullery maids, cooks, coachmen, footmen, etc. Meals, answering the door, decanting wine, etc., etc. Note that worn-looking edges are actually printed on the front cover to give it that vintage look.
