New York: Harcourt, Brace and Company, 1925 (later printing, 1929 or 1930). Early American issue of Mrs. Dalloway. Dated 1925 but with the number "6" below, and works listed up to A Room of One's Own, which came out in 1929. The attractive jacket by Vanessa Bell (Woolf's sister) is present. Jacket has some faint watery stains on front panel, some slight loss at extremities, and some browning to spine (see photographs). Still, an attractive copy, and a jacket that's rarely seen. Book itself very good, with some browning to endpapers, a finger smudge on back endpaper.
